For those
who were with us at Pioneer 2005 let us maintain relationships
and encourage each other! It always strengthens Meg and I to find
out that "we are not alone" and that there are
many of God's people on the Simple church journey. A growing Army
of Ordinary People!
We really appreciated your presence at Cleobury Mortimer and would
value your input regarding using the centre annually and
what your thoughts are about holding "Simple Church"
one-day events where you are. As I expressed over the weekend,
we are at a very exciting time for the kingdom of God. It is surely
a time when we need humility, unity and a dependence upon the
Holy Spirit.
I would love to have your comments and feedback from Pioneer
2005, so that we can circulate your thoughts and experiences.
Tony & Felicity would love you to keep in touch. You can do

 HOUSE
CHURCH/LUKE 10 2004 WEEKEND REPORT

What an inspiring and challenging House Church / Luke 10 weekend.
What an awesome time it was!
Thank you for your fellowship and contribution. We would
like to plan other events here in the UK and would value
your thoughts. There were so many encouraging words and experiences
that it is difficult to recap. Certainly we need to repair
the rungs of our ladders to ensure God's blessing can
flow. It is encouraging to know Jesus
is walking in our midst giving
that Living Bread. How important to learn of Him, as
a Friend, and patiently sit with him
upon the Rock, and observe
what He observes, rather than rushing to be on our
journey. The experience of Todd who left OM to begin a building
company shows us that God's ways are
not ours, and we
must be prepared to fall into the ground and die to bear fruit.
God has made us each unique, so we must
be content to walk in our own God-given shoes
and not copy or be envious of others. We have been
given the privilege attire of sons and daughters of the King and
can boldly walk clothed with
His robes. There were I am sure many other thoughts,
and many were helped by the times of personal prayer and prophecy.
We are indebted to Tony & Felicity Dale for spending valuable
and thoughtful time with us!
Tony's questions: 
- Why not us?
- Why not here?
- Why not now?
And Can God do the job?
These are questions that are a challenge for all of us. Felicity's
challenge to pray needs to be heeded, as unless the Lord
builds the House we really do labour in vain. Perhaps we can
take steps to form links to pray with Luke 10.2b partners,
or relational Life Transformation Groups. Tony's thoughts
that Jesus' permission is
all the "go ahead" we need and for home churches
to get behind and help those who have special callings and
God-given projects were an exhortation to us all.
Some questions no doubt will come to mind as we assimilate
what God is saying and the practical
outworking of the Spirit's leading, in areas
of local church expression, networking
of simple churches, the
role of leaders
and their financial support.
Many of these issues have been and are being faced by many
simple churches around the world, so we are not alone.
